As a working business journalist, commentator and public speaker, he continues his 25-year affiliation with CBS News Radio as a National Business Reporter. As Business Editor for KTVU Channel 2 News from 1989 to 2005, Brian established himself as one of northern California's most trusted authorities on the economy. For seven years, he served as Executive Producer, Anchor & Chief Correspondent of the national television business news magazine, "On the Money with Brian Banmiller," and for five years as Managing Editor and Co-Anchor of "Silicon Valley Business. Prior to joining KTVU, Brian was a Contributing Correspondent for "The Wall Street Journal Report on Television."
